There are cases in which it takes 4 to 6 weeks before your orders are shipped from SuqsuQ as with 【Order item】.

Generally,【Pre-order item】 is shipped more quickly than 【Order item】.

・【Order item】will be placed an order with wholesalers after you order with us.

It takes 4 to 6 weeks before your orders are shipped from us.

Please order for 【Prompt delivery】if you need items immediately.

Only those who approve the above can place an order.

Rarely it takes more than 6 weeks before your orders are shipped from us.When it happens,we contact you.

In 【Order item】,in any case,you can not cancel the order or change sizes or colors after your order is confirmed.

In the case that you place an order for 【Prompt delivery】 , 【Pre-order item】  and 【Order item】at the same time,the order will be shipped after all items are available.

If you want 【Prompt delivery】 items first,please place orders separately.

We use the pictures that brands post and the pictures of our models.

There's a possibility that the colors of each items seem to be different due to the difference of shooting conditions.Thank you for your understanding.

There are cases in which the overseas' inspection standard is different from Japanese one.Therefore,there's a possibility that the quality isn't expected.Although we inspect well.Thank you for your understanding.

-There's a mark of tailor's chalk

-It does not have a tag on items,out of position of tags

〇Interior goods&Toys We import and sell all items as interior goods except for items with exceptional mentions on every item page. Please note that before you purchase.

○Cancellation and Return
